With more and more megaservices and boutique providers coming on line, consumers are starting to drown in content options. But the difficult question for the consumer is, where does each piece of content live? Is it on Hulu, NetFlix, Amazon, ABC — is it too new to be on a streaming platform? Will it cost money to watch? How many subscriptions do I need?

Most viewers now subscribe to at least two streaming platforms, and usually more. This can quickly grow both frustrating and expensive. The future of TV may depend on platforms that can host any title while delivering it in the highest quality.
